Rewilding Your Inner World for Lasting Psychological Wellbeing
Earthen Roots supports women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed or unsure of who they are through evidence-informed Wilderness Therapy Interventions and nature-based life coaching. By working with modalities such as outdoor experiential work, mindfulness, journaling and grounding practices, we create space for your thinking to clear and your inner voice to strengthen.
This approach blends modern therapeutic methods with the older ways of living that kept us connected to the land, its cycles and its wisdom. When you reconnect with these rhythms, your psychological wellbeing naturally improves, rebuilding steadiness, identity and deep self-trust in a way that feels real, natural and human.
Remember who you are by rewilding your inner world.

When your sense of self is strong, it naturally leads to:
-
A calmer mind
-
Feeling grounded in your daily life
-
Reduced stress and overwhelm
-
Clearer, more focused thinking
-
Emotional steadiness
-
A regulated nervous system
-
Stronger, healthier relationships

Your pathways back to self

Modern life strips us of identity; nature gives it back.
Modern life has pulled us away from the environments our nervous systems originally evolved in. We spend most of our time indoors, overstimulated and disconnected from the land and its natural rhythms, and our wellbeing reflects that.
Research in eco-psychology and environmental neuroscience shows that time in nature lowers cortisol, supports emotional regulation, improves focus, boosts immunity and strengthens our sense of belonging and purpose.
When we reconnect with the natural world, even in simple ways, our minds settle and our bodies respond. We think more clearly, feel more grounded and regain access to the parts of ourselves that modern life pushes aside.
Nature doesn’t just calm us. It helps us rebuild identity, meaning and direction.

I’m all about the wild power of the natural world…
I’m Fi, a certified life coach, forest therapy practitioner and a wild walker who knows first-hand how deeply nature can heal.
My journey into this work began when spending time outdoors helped me through postnatal depression. The more curious I became, the more I uncovered the science behind why nature supports our mental health - from nervous system regulation to improved focus and emotional grounding.
That curiosity grew into study, qualifications and a commitment to understanding how our relationship with the land shapes our wellbeing. The more I learned, the more connected I felt to myself, to the cycles of the earth and to the older ways of living that honoured the land we rely on.
Now I bring this knowledge, compassion and evidence-informed approach to help you reconnect with your instincts, your identity and the natural world around you.
